Our service is limited to content creation and publishing. BlogneticAI does not provide traffic tracking, analytics, or broader content management features.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated.
One Account Per Person: You may not maintain more than one account unless expressly permitted by us.
Subscription Plans: BlogneticAI offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Pricing is clearly displayed on our website and is subject to change with notice.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
Refunds: We offer a full refund on the Individual plan if you are not satisfied after the first article is generated. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your first article. No refunds are provided for the Agency plan or for subsequent billing cycles.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is resolved.
You agree to use BlogneticAI's services responsibly and in compliance with these Terms. While BlogneticAI generates content automatically, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all published content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the Service to:
BlogneticAI offers integration with Google Search Console to help improve your website's search engine visibility through automated indexing services.
Google Search Console Authorization: By connecting your Google Search Console account, you authorize BlogneticAI to:
Revocation of Authorization: You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the Google integration through your BlogneticAI account settings or through your Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com.
Data Usage: We use Google Search Console data solely for the indexing services described above. We do not share your Google data with third parties or use it for purposes other than providing our indexing services.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all blog posts and other content generated through BlogneticAI for your Shopify store. We only store and process this content as needed to provide the Service.
Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in BlogneticAI's technology, software, website, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of 3AM SaaS OÜ. Using our Service does not grant you any rights to our underlying technology.
AI-Generated Content: All AI-generated content is provided "as-is." While BlogneticAI automates content creation, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that content meets your standards and complies with applicable laws and regulations before publication.
Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. All blog posts already generated remain yours to keep.
Upgrades or Downgrades: If you'd like to change your subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade), please contact us and we'll adjust it for you.
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms our Service or other users.
Effect of Termination: Upon cancellation or termination, your access to BlogneticAI will cease. We may delete stored data after a reasonable period, but all content previously published to your Shopify store will remain in your store.
Service "As Is": BlogneticAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlogneticAI and 3AM SaaS OÜ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using BlogneticAI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice at least 30 days prior to the new terms taking effect, either by email or by posting a notice on our website.
Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
